Your content
You must have the rights needed to upload and use every image and text you edit with SpeechMeme. SpeechMeme does not receive, store, host, or publicly display your uploaded editor content. You remain responsible for the works you export, publish, or distribute and for complying with applicable law and third-party rights.
SpeechMeme templates and assets
SpeechMeme's built-in examples, bubble styles, and graphic elements use original material, material clearly permitted for commercial use, or material used under an appropriate license. SpeechMeme does not grant you commercial-use rights in any third-party person, character, film, television, game, trademark, or brand that may appear in content you supply. Any future public template library must record each asset's source, license, and creation or acquisition date before publication.

If you believe that a template or asset published by SpeechMeme infringes your copyright, please contact us at hello@speechmeme.org with the relevant URL, a description of the work, and your contact details. We will review valid requests promptly.
